Spa experience was exceptional

we had a mix-up with our dinner reservation. but the beautiful garden and the spa were amazing. the staff gave thoughtful gifts to my child every evening and the room was spacious with every luxury needed.

During my recent stay, I was blown away by the incredible thermal spa and the delightful culinary experiences that felt truly high-end. However, the photos of the room didn't match the corner view I expected. it overlooked a building instead. Regardless, I would definitely return for another visit!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the central location was perfect for easy access to nearby attractions. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast for my child came with an unexpected charge, and noise from the street could be a disturbance at night. Still, the attention to design and hospitality were commendable and added to our experience.

Room service ending at 9:30 PM feels restrictive!!! Breakfast chaos after 9 AM is a huge hassle with overwhelmed staff. A longer order window for room dining would greatly improve the experience!!!

If you're into culinary adventures, you can't miss the nearby Ichihana for some super fresh sushi. The hotel’s thermal spring spa is also an experience! I loved the thoughtful gifts for my baby and the serene garden views from our room. It was pure bliss!

This hotel experience was a dream! I was greeted with warm tea and hand towels, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The exquisite gardens and fine architecture left me in awe, and the private onsen was like a scene from a serene manga, making every moment magical. I can't stop raving about the delicious breakfast with views overlooking the blooming cherry trees, it was lovely!

Spacious deluxe room king had amazing bathroom, super comfy bed, and nice seating area. The public onsen felt like a retreat. The spa facilities were outstanding with hot spring baths and massages. The location was central and easy to explore. Great hospitality too!
